Join the Southeastern District in Virginia Beach November 15 - 17, 2019. Speakers Kyle & Rebecca Duport will present the topic of Walk His Way using 1 Corinthians 9:25. We look forward to their message of teamwork and the value of preparation for facing challenging times and encouragement as we strive to win the ultimate prize of salvation. Gathering check-in begins at 6PM, Friday Nov. 15
~ Opening session begins at 8PM, Friday Nov. 15
~ The event finishes at noon on Sunday after the worship service, Nov. 17
~ Registration is $60/person and includes lunch & dinner on Saturday, t-shirt, service project materials, games, and speakers.
~ Registration increased to $70/person after October 10, 2019.

Accommodations: Hampton Inn, 5793 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Each church is required to contact the hotel at 757-490-9800 and book their rooms. Please identify the group as SED DYG to get this locked-in low rate.
Hotel is $89 per room per night plus taxes and fee's (totaling $104 per night for a 4 person. Includes complimentary breakfast at hotel.
Medical Release Form
Each church must also provide their own medical release forms for each student and have a copy of them at the gathering.

About the Speakers: Kyle and Rebecca Duport have served together with middle school students for the past 20 years in Lutheran ministry throughout the country (Idaho, Kentucky, Arkansas, Florida). Currently Kyle teaches 5th grade and coaches Basketball. Rebecca runs the Director of Christian Education program at Concordia University Irvine in California. They have four sons (ages 6, 9, 14, 17) and Kyle is a Spartan athlete who completed his first “trifecta” and was also able to get Rebecca to join him in completing her first 10k Mud Run in 2018.
