A faith-sharing event, as defined by Synod is: “When one Lutheran Christian gives witness about Jesus of the hope that is within him or her to another person so that person can encounter Christ.” LCMS Definition.
What types of events do you count?
+ A clear Gospel witness to someone who is non-churched, de-churched, an unbeliever
+ A series of faith conversations that grows out of or into a relationship with another
+ An act of compassion or mercy that leads into an opportunity to share the reason for this action
+ Regular worshipers who are not members, but who are discovering a welcoming community of Christ
+ School students who are hearing the Gospel message every day, but who have no church home
+ The Baptism of adults and children, or adult confirmation
