US Mail - Of course, the US Mail is still an effective means to continue giving and you may want to remind members what helpful information should be included on their check ie: envelope number, designation, etc.
Offering drop box - A congregation reported that they will have the church office administrator at the church entrance during set hours on Sunday for members to drive by and drop off their offering.
