Great News! Two training opportunities are coming soon in Richmond, Virginia!
#1 Coaching Practicum
November 9-11, 2009 (Starting at 3 pm on the 9th; ending by 3pm on the 11th). Learn how to coach others in conflict, using the Scriptures and applying a balanced Law/Gospel approach. Past participants have shared how these two days of training not only changed the way they served in ministry, it changed their own personal lives. The training begins with your pre-course reading, and then includes interactive exercises to practice and hone your skills. No participant is asked to do a demonstration in front of others -- your instructors will do that for you. (Info Pamphlet)
#2 Church Reconciler Training
November 8-14, 2009. This comprehensive training equips you and other church leaders in personal peacemaking, coaching others, mediating disputes, teaching biblical peacemaking, and establishing a ministry of reconciliation in your church, school or other ministry setting. Learn not only how to respond biblically to your own conflicts, but how to guide others through careful instruction of the word and application of confession and forgiveness.
