Mid-Atlantic Lutherans in Mission (MALIM) is creating a thank offering in recognition of Deaconess Sally Hiller’s years of leadership and service as the Director of Operations for the Southeastern District-LCMS.

Throughout her more than 30 years of service, Deaconess Sally Hiller has:

• served six District Presidents, effectively assisting them in their important work
• provided guidance to our congregations and church workers in the areas of youth and school ministries, district and synod conventions, as well as outreach and disaster relief efforts
• promoted communication and teamwork among all SED staff members, “connecting people with Jesus” in accordance with the District’s mission
• positively impacted the lives of hundreds, if not thousands of God’s children with her strong faith and witness of love, service, and leadership.

The Thank Offering will fund Church Worker Wellness grants, to strengthen the work of Christ’s servants involved in professional church work in the Southeastern District.
