Pray Earnestly for the Harvest

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest” (Matthew 9:37-38). This Sunday’s Gospel reading is also the focus of the next Witness Engagement Gathering. Rev. Dr. Andrew T. Okai of Holy Nativity Lutheran Church in Arbutus, Maryland will lead a discussion on the power of prayer in God’s mission, and Rev. Quentin Poulson of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Charlotte will share about the SED Prayer Network. Registration is not required, but let us know you’re coming.
