Equipping Harvest Workers

Our mission is to connect people to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Scripture commands us to be steadfast and immovable in this sacred endeavor (1 Cor 15:58).

With a population exceeding 33 million within the geographical boundaries of our district, and a substantial number of them alienated from the everlasting truths of the Gospel, there exists an urgent necessity for harvest workers.

We give thanks to God for the myriad of laity spanning across our diverse regions, encompassing individuals from every language, tribe, and nation He has ushered into our mission fields (Rev 7:9). This profound diversity enables us to share Christ’s message across a vast spectrum of communities.

Our vision is for lives to be transformed and for God’s Kingdom to grow. This happens when we disciple harvesters in the whole counsel of the Scripture and charge them with missional responsibilities (2 Tim 3:16-17).

With strong spiritual foundations, the laity adapts and leads as effective ministers of the Word in an ever-changing world (Eph 4:11-12). By doing so we foster an environment where many people and people groups will be reached, just as the Great Commission compels (Matt 28:19-20).

We ardently focus on several pillars to guide and strengthen our workers. Training remains fundamental, ensuring a deep-rooted understanding of biblical teachings. Mentorship serves as a guiding hand, offering both support and wisdom from seasoned believers. Our emphasis on hands-on evangelistic work provides direct, impactful engagement with communities. Recognizing the power of unity, we prioritize intentional connections and networking, fostering a vibrant and supportive faith-driven ecosystem. These connections are more than mere interactions; they are the threads weaving a unified and collaborative mission endeavors.

Furthermore, the growth and multiplication of disciples are at the forefront of our mission. It’s not merely about adding numbers but about holistic growth in faith and character, leading to the blossoming of new disciples who, in turn, disciple others, thus fulfilling the Great Commission. In this harmonious cycle, the Word of God echoes across communities, touching and transforming lives, reflecting the kingdom of God on Earth.

The myriad gifts and varied experiences of our workers are revered blessings from the Lord of the harvest (Matt 9:38). Their fervent enthusiasm for evangelism and united commitment to the Gospel mission bear witness to God’s transformative work within and through them (1 Cor 12:4-6). It is through the Holy Spirit’s guiding influence that they lead numerous souls toward repentance and a renewed faith in Christ (John 6:44).

Our enduring effort is to adhere to the Scriptural mandate to prepare harvest workers until the blessed return of our Savior (Matt 28:18-20).

Should you feel a pull towards this mission, or know someone with an echoing evangelistic passion, we warmly invite you to reach out and join Jesus and His people in the great mission field.

All praise and honor be to God!
