The Bethany Lutheran Preschool Director will be responsible for the protection and care of the children, for excellent communication with the parents, for coordinating with the church and Preschool staff, and for enriching the Preschool curriculum.

Bethany Lutheran Church and Preschool is a congregation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS), founded in 1953 in a Northern Virginia suburb outside Washington, DC. Signature ministries of the congregation include a Preschool/Kindergarten and music for festival worship, among other community outreach ministries and programs. The Preschool is an extension of the educational ministry of Bethany Lutheran Church. The school includes children of the congregation, other congregations, and children whose families have no church affiliation. Bethany Lutheran is truly a diverse group of students, and our goal is to meet each student’s individual needs!
